The paper uses difference Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimation method for a sample of 22 low-middle income developing countries to test the impact of institutional quality, TFP growth and their interaction on economic growth in the period of 2000-2017. This study uses six variables to measure institutional quality published by the World Bank. The estimation results show that Total Factor Productivity (TFP), the interaction variable between TFP and the institution positively impact on economic growth while institutional factor negatively influences on the growth of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita. This negative effect is explained by the weak institutions in these countries which currently still hinder economic growth and development. Therefore, the paper suggests that institutional reform is one of the urgent priority in these countries to ensure sustainably long-term economic growth.

The wide use of mulch by the agricultural system in most parts of the world and with multiple applications, is necessary to improve our knowledge of the effects of mulching on soil physical properties. Thus, this review a critically explains the mechanism of this application. Generally, it affects a field\'s energy balance by changing the surface radiation budget, by modifying the albedo of the soil surface or shading the soil surface. This has an effect on net radiation. The effect of mulching on evaporation is that it breaks up capillary diffusion and this depends on the type of mulch. Mulching also affects soil water content and soil temperature, the extent to which depends on the type and thickness of the mulch, the soil texture type and climatic conditions. Several studies have reported that the influence of mulching on greenhouse gas emissions is unclear.

Medical misdiagnosis exterminates more people each year than AIDS, breast cancer, or road accidents. So there is a current need for technological advancement in the medical diagnostic industry. Medical data explosion increases the demand for an analysis tool. Random Forest Random forest [15] is a machine learning technique that evolves from decision trees and consist of many decision trees. In medical diagnosis to classify a new instance, each decision tree gives its own output. Random Forest collects these outputs and provides the most voted prediction as the result. CNN is a deep learning technique and used for feature selection. Features selected by CNN are used by Random Forest to perform medical diagnosis. In this paper, an intelligent decision approach based on Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN) and Random Forest is proposed . CNN can automatically extract high-level features of medical data and then Random Forest works on these features to perform diagnosis.\n Experimental results of proposed CNN with Random Forest approach achieved the 98%,97% and 95% accuracy on Diabetics, Liver Disorder and Mammographic datasets respectively. Higher values of precision and recall, lower value of RMS error, strongly supports that hybrid approach of Random Forest using CNN can act as core part in medical diagnosis process.

Proper use of medicinal plants requires precise scientific information and knowledge about chemical compounds they contain, since these chemicals exert the therapeutic effects of medicinal plants. The present study aimed to identify the chemical compounds of methanolic extract of the Pinus gerardiana seed and determine their antimicrobial properties against various microbial strains by using the agar well diffusion method. Total phenolic content and free radical inhibitory activity of the extract at different concentrations (250 ppm, 500 ppm and 1000 ppm) were then determined, and the free radical inhibitory effect of the Pinus gerardiana seed extract was compared with that of the 100 ppm synthetic antioxidant of BHA. Results showed that the majority of fatty acids in the P. gerardiana seed oil 90.2% were unsaturated and mainly consisted of linoleic acid (C18:2) and oleic acid (C18:1). It was also revealed that alpha tocopherol was significantly higher in P. gerardiana seed oil extract than other tocopherols, and sterols were higher in the oil than the extract. Based on the instrumental analysis, the total phenols in methanolic extract of the P. gerardiana seed was 6434.4 mg/kg and vanillic acid was the main compound identified. The amounts of phenols and antioxidants in the extract and its free radical inhibitory activity increased when higher concentrations of the P. gerardiana seed extract were used so that the highest antioxidant activity was observed at 1000 ppm. Regarding the antimicrobial activity of the seed extract at 100 ppm, 400 ppm, 800 ppm and 1000 ppm, the results indicated that the inhibition zone diameter against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Listeria monocytogenes bacteria and Aspergillus niger fungus increased at higher concentrations so that the largest measured inhibition zone diameter (18.9 mm) was recorded at 1000 ppm against Aspergillus niger, whereas the extract was ineffective against Aspergillus niger at 100 ppm.

This study aims is to analyze rambu solo’ practices in Toraja Society based on gender in Palu City. Gender in this study is femininity and masculinity. This research by qualitative research with semiotic paradigm by denotation and connotation aspects become as myth. Rambu solo’ practice in denotation findings reveals that Toraja communities by oral culture from their ancestors from Toraja. The other sides the connotation reveals that the rambu solo’ practice is based on solidarity, sensitivity, share distress, and share sadness. The results of the study show that the myths according to semiotics based on gender in the practice of rambu solo’ are strongly influenced by masculine aspects. Masculinity is found in the form of the courage to take the risk of sacrificing materially in a rambu solo’ procession, although far from their hometown. Finally, the gender in Rambu Solo’ as reflexivity of love become a myth.

The paper examined empirical research on export spillover effects from foreign invested enterprises (FIEs) to manufacturing and processing firms in the North of Vietnam in 2013-2015 period. The two export equations of the Heckman model were estimated simultaneously by the Maximum Likelihood Estimator method (MLE) and used strong standard errors (Robust Standard Errors). The results indicated that the presence of FIEs created a spillover effect on Vietnam’s decision to export goods. More importantly, the export spillover effect depends on the characteristics of domestic enterprises. In particular, private enterprises with old ages or owns a high level of capitalization will benefit from export spillover effects.

The China-Europe train has broken the maritime transport and shipping of the China-Europe trade tradition, and its timeliness is good and comprehensive, cost-effective, and has become the first choice for cross-border sellers in China and Europe. The more important the line is, the more important its operational safety is. Therefore, establishing a good operational risk assessment model is an important goal. This paper firstly integrates various risk factors, mainly analyzes some countries along the route of China-Europe train operation, and establishes a railway operation risk evaluation system. Secondly, BP neural network is used to conduct risk assessment on countries along the route, and finally establish a risk assessment model.

In this work, the new iterative method and integral iterative method are\nused to solve linear and nonlinear fractional differential equations. A classification of how we can choose any of the two methods for solving problems is made.\nTo support the classification , two problems, one linear and another one non-linear, are solved. The obtained results with the given classification and with comparisons between them reveal and confirm how we can choose the better and suitable form of the two methods for solving these problems.

High-temperature micronization is considered to be an environment -friendlytechnology. The equipment has a simple structure and does not require highly skilled workers. However, uneven heating conditions in the available devices lead to differences in grain quality indices in the device outlet. This occurs due to the uneven irradiation in the area of product processing and thermal physical, and thermal radiation characteristics of the seed material. From this point of view, the constructive and technological improvements of micronizershave become actual. Thus, the micronizing device has been equipped with an infrared radiation(IR) reflecting deviceand located in an inner cylinderon cassettes and positioned vertically along the circle.The research has shown that the productivity of the constructive device depends on the radius of the inner cylinder, its length, the power of the lamp, and the time of seed retention between the inner cylinder and the radiation reflectivecoating. The rotation frequency of the dispenser must be 118.75 min-1 and the power of the lamp - 1 kW to ensure 0.2 to 0.22 tonne/hour production.

The current situation of companies in the shipbuilding industry is the search for competitively, it contributes to the level of demand from customers increase, due to the diversity and range of the market. As a result, the shipbuilding companies to remain competitive, seeking to focus their attention on improving the production process, manufacturing of products, improve the quality of information in order to get high quality products, satisfying consumers. In this context is the high demand for new sources of fuel which is becoming increasingly widespread after the discovery of the huge pool of pre-salt. In view of these findings the shipbuilding companies need to improve their construction methods, compared to this, this paper, using the concepts of lean manufacturing, derived from the Toyota Production System, presents an analysis of the structure of industry of a shipyard large, in the southern region of Rio Grande do Sul state, in order to show the applicability of this folosofia in improving the large ships making process, the offshore type. For it was held initially a literature presenting a brief history of shipbuilding in Brazil and sequence are shown the tools for application of lean thinking, namely: value stream mapping, Heijunka leveling, Poka-yoke and the seven Shingo errors. Finally, it describes the proposed experience to the factory floor, showing that the tools are fully aplicaves in the company and can bring improvements to the production process.

The developing economic environment leads to consumers’ changes in choosing rice types. However, consumers\' comparison between organic rice with high costs and unsafe rice at low prices is unclear. This research aims to explore the customers’ loyalty for organic rice to provide enterprises with solutions for remaining customer’s brand loyalty for safe food which satisfies Global Gap standards and positioning their brands. This research focuses on identifying and measuring the impact of factors affecting brand loyalty to “Hat Ngoc Troi” organic rice. The survey was conducted on 219 customers who have ever purchased “Hat Ngoc Troi” at supermarkets and other stores in Ho Chi Minh City. PLS-SEM was applied in this research, and data were analyzed by Smart PLS. The research also pinpointed that for the organic rice with high brand position, brand association, brand awareness, perceived quality affect brand image compared with satisfaction, and customers’ loyalty was affected directly by brand image. The research results suggest the solutions for remaining the customers’ loyalty towards organic rice through improving brand image via brand association, brand awareness and perceived quality

Also, the equiform curvaturesof the involute and evolute curves are obtained in Minkowski 3-space.Finally, some examples are introduced.

This paper presents the Novel Om shaped antenna for WiMax Application using alumina substrate. In this design the om shape is applied on the rectangular patch of size L= 26mm, W= 34mm and fed by single probe feed. By varying the feed point position and area of OM slot in the rectangular microstrip patch, this antenna resonates for medium band of WiMax application at frequencies 3.56 GHz and 3.78 GHz and for higher band of WiMax application at frequencies 5.31 GHz and 5.74GHz also presents a relatively higher broad bandwidth (13.7% at central frequency 3.7GHz and 29.25% at central frequency 5.20 GHz. By designing antenna on low permittivity substrate, a much higher bandwidth may be achieved.
