Enterprise architecture is a series of presentations describing or models described in connection with an organization as was to be managed and in its useful lifetime can be kept. The problem happens in using such descriptions is on how to consider and use all of them. Therefore, in order to organize the descriptions of enterprise architecture, we should use a framework. C4ISR is one of the enterprise architecture frameworks, which includes three views where each contains some products. But in order to decrease the expenses of enterprise architecture productions process, the architecture products shall be evaluated before the architecture implementation level happens. In this article, a simple way for validation of enterprise architecture products with Coloured Petri Nets is presented to evaluate true behaviour of architecture products well. For this purpose, we have used formal models and have created an executable model from enterprise architecture products using Coloured Petri Nets. Then a method for validation of created model has been offered. Using the results of simulation of this model and its analysing, we can detect architecture problem, therefore architecture products can be revised. Also the proposed method causes increasing validation of behaviour of system and in comparison with previous methods verification can be increased.
Brand awareness which is considered as one of the most important factor affecting the consumer purchasing preferences has been investigated by both academics and practitioners in the field of marketing in recent years. The current study investigated brand awareness in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan regarding consumer electronic products, such as laptop computers, tablet computers, and cell phones. To determine brand awareness, data were obtained by using suitable market analysis methods, and then analysed by using the Spearman correlation and the chi-square test for independence. Based on the study results, it was observed that the level brand awareness was high for laptop computers and cell phones, while being comparatively lower for tablet computers.
These days’ organizations recognize importance of knowledge as specific need for gaining competitive advantage. knowledge management is systematic approach to identifying and managing organizational knowledge. According to applied studies knowledge management implementation can improve organizational performance. Main objective of this study is to develop understanding of critical success factors that enhance on successful implementation of knowledge management. To achieve this goal, authors were chosen seven most cited factors to be tested in this research. These factors are: Management and leadership support, Organizational culture, Information technology, KM strategy, Performance measurement, Training, education, processes and activities. In this study use Analytical Hierarchy Procedure (AHP) that is a multi-criteria decision making model that works on fuzzy logic, base on this method researchers can find percentage of success due to Critical success Factors’ (CSFs). From 110 questionnaires, 62 questionnaires were collected from National level health organization in Iran. Results show that more than 70% of respondents prove possibility of success in knowledge management implementation.
Investigation of fecundity and gonado somatic index (GSI) of R. kanagurta were carried out from March 2011 to February 2012. Fecundity was determine at different length, weight and ovary ranges of different individual fishes. Study revealed that significant average absolute fecundity was found 1,08,266 and relative fecundity ranges from 407 to 1499. The number of ova generally increased with increase in length and weight. However, variations in fecundity with respect to length and weight were also noticed. The gonado-somatic index (GSI) was calculated for each individual fish and was averaged for each month. The average GSI values were plotted against each month to analysed monthly variations. GSI showed wide variations between sex and it was highest for both males and females during the month of April and September, showing occurrence of more ripe individuals.
The following paper presents a determination of a relationship for estimating the suspended sediment load in the watershed of the Ebda wadi. To determine this, we have based our analysis on the exploitation of the data of instantly sampling of flow and the concentration of the carried sediments in suspension in the stream. The obtained results show that the correlation between the concentration of suspended sediment and the liquid flow is bad. The spring season is a season of floods. The relationship found is characterized by its shape power. The relationship is Qs = 1,88×Ql1,27 with R2 = 0,70 where R = 0,84 (84%). This relationship must be handled carefully to avoid errors that can be generated by the application. The importance of the relationship lies found to fill the gaps and to quantify the suspended sediment load in the Ebda wadi.
The researcher seeks to suggest a supply chain management model for the oil industry considering the changing needs and demands of the industry, keeping in view the ideal and effective practices that are prevailing successfully in other supply chain management focused industries. The exploratory nature of this work suggests adopting a secondary data. Qualitative research methods will apply for getting an in-depth insight of the situation. The research is essentially based on detailed analysis of secondary data drawn from authentic sources such as library databases mainly Business source premier, ABI, Emerald, Data monitors, IBIS World and from other industry/company websites. For an efficient supply chain management, efficient supply chain risk management measures should be applied. Contingency plans should be developed and aligned in advance. The supply chain operations should be made agile so that they can cater the potential risks associated with the business. A centralized supply chain is applied and recommended for OGDC. This research report has mainly relied on all available secondary sources of information from databases, to company reports, industry reports to company websites. Oil industry needs to be flexible towards the application of new technological innovations and to adapt to these modifications in the most rapid way possible. The implementation of track and trace technologies within the product supply chain that enhances the visibility. Companies that offer the best security attributes in their supply chain may gain a competitive edge over rivals. It is best to know your product classification based on functional/innovative product and then to have a supply chain strategy that can best match your product which is to have either an efficient supply chain, effective supply chain or a combination of both of these.
Cloud computing is the future of Internet. Providing better services to users according to their needs makes cloud computing more popular. The quality of service is a major issue in every field. Since in cloud, the resources are scattered at different places, therefore, it is imperative to assure that network latency is less and lesser bandwidth goes wasted. In addition, the response time should be high by properly utilizing all available resources in order to provide high level of cloud services. In this paper, we propose a model that would facilitate users in selecting quality services on the cloud by providing them a number of parameters (such as location, latency, monitoring, cost etc.) to select which are directly or indirectly linked to the quality enhancement of cloud services. In this model, we propose a prediction layer which provides detailed information of cloud vendors by calculating parameter of cloud services. This layer provides better efficiency and saves time in finding various cloud services. In this way, wastage of time, cost and resources will be reduced as users just have to select the services they might want, and rest of the work will be done by the prediction layer.
